Returns

1. Returns must be made within 14 days after the goods have been received.

2. The customer takes full responsibility of the costs incurred when returning a product (i.e. cost of sending the parcel back to Bambi & Moss.

Exchanges

1. When wanting to exchange a product for something different, the goods must be sent back to Bambi & Moss within 14 days after the goods have been received.

2. The customer takes full responsibility of the costs incurred when exchanging a product (i.e. cost of sending the parcel back to Bambi & Moss. The cost of sending the exchanged item back to you will be covered by Bambi & Moss.)
